Fees & terms

The purchase of our services constitutes a contractual agreement between the customer(s), and/or purchaser(s), (collectively as “You” and “Customer”), and The Croatian Adventures (“TCA”, “We”, “Us”) pursuant to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”):

TCA Obligations

TCA acts as a travel consultant. We offer help with travel planning and local support where we use or might use services of numerous local service providers (transportation, excursions, activities, etc.). TCA does not own, operate, manage or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions.

TCA’s obligations to you are to help arrange itineraries on your behalf and to help arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. A request cannot be guaranteed.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider not TCA. Conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time. It is your responsibility to check the USA Government Travel advisories for your intended destination at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html

Service Fee, Deposit, Payment

We charge non-refundable administrative fee for the service we provide. The fee depends on the length of the trip/itinerary:

Length of the trip

up to 5 days
From 200 $
  • COUPLES: 200$ per person
  • FAMILIES: 450$ per family*
  • GROUPS: 550$ per group**

Length of the trip

6 to 10 days
From 250 $
  • COUPLES: 250$ per person
  • FAMILIES: 550$ per family*
  • GROUPS: 650$ per group**

Length of the trip

11 to 14 days
From 300 $
  • COUPLES: 300$ per person
  • FAMILIES: 650$ per family*
  • GROUPS: 750$ per group**

Payment

We require advanced payment of 50% of the service fee before we start to work on customer’s itinerary. Remaining 50% of the service fee and all other expenses that might occur (e.g. day trip fees, ferry tickets, transportation fees, etc.) is due after the trip. Advanced payment request will be sent to the customer after he/she agrees to hire TCA to provide its’ services.

Payment options

TCA accepts payment via Paypal, credit card (AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Discover), and wire transfer.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide a notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
