Pero Pivcevic
Pero is a true sports lover, adventurer and travel enthusiast. From the age of six when he first took tennis racquet into his hands sport was a big part of his life and still is. Countless trips to tennis tournaments as teenager across Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia definitely took part in the path he followed later in life.
Education and degree
At the age of 19 he left Croatia to go to the U.S.A. Shortly after he earned a tennis scholarship from Temple University in Philadelphia. Four years of continuous engagement in tennis and education gave him opportunity to grow as an athlete and person.
After earning Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple’s Fox School of Business, Pero continued to be engaged in tennis and travel. At the same time he was working for a small management consulting company outside of Philadelphia.
Exploring the world
In the following years the passion for adventure and travel continued to grow along with frequent flyer miles. New York, L.A, Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami, Rio de Janeiro, Caribbean, Bahamas, London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest are just few destinations checked off his travel list.
Today, Pero lives with his family in his hometown Split and is still very much passionate about sports and travel. He is constantly looking for an adventure. Biking, hiking, running, swimming, tennis and soccer are indispensable parts of his life.
The Croatian Adventures
To put together his passion, experience, knowledge with natural and historical heritage of Croatia, Pero decided to found The Croatian Adventures. He is looking forward to guide travelers from across the globe through the stunning locations of Croatian coast and islands.
